Yeah Friday!!!
I did a check this morning and have not lost all week. Monday is my official day to weigh in but it tells me that I need to make sure I don't overdue my free day and I can see thatb4 days in a row of the same meal plan is not doing my weight loss any favors. I can already see I will be shaking up the plan a little bit next week to give my metabolism a boost.
At least I know to be cautious this weekend. May seem silly but I chose Monday as my weigh in day to keep me on track better over the weekends.

I, too, weigh in on Mondays for the same reason. But I try not to weigh on Friday, just in case it shows loss. Over confidence is a real deal breaker for me.
