Made it down to 237.6 the other day and have bounced back up to 238.6. Now back down to 238. Bouncing up and down but I guess it's overall down. Have dropped 10 pounds over the last two months although it sure seems like nothing is happening. No matter what it seems like. The numbers tell the story. Onward I go. Almost there. Hoping to make my goal by Sept 29, one year after I started.
