Mixed bag with this weigh in. My weight is up 1.5 lbs. Ugghh. However, my Fitbit Scale tells me that my Fat% is down by .2% and that my lean mass has increased by 2.2 lbs. So my weight gain is muscle (I have been exercising pretty hard lately). So I can live with it for now.
