Gina, thanks for stopping by. Atkins is a very healthy way to approach WL. Even though our diet does include higher amounts of fat than traditional diets recommend, Atkins works b/c our bodies become a fat-burning machine. The proof is in my recent bloodwork and affirmative knod from my doctor. My triglycerides were only 90...(this represents the amount of fat in the blood.) The Atkins lifestyle ROCKS!!!
