BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with a splash of skim milk, & a cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 1oz of reduced fat cheddar
O.K. it all goes down hill from here!!!!
LUNCH = went out for pizza for my son's preschool graduation
DINNER = hot dog because I can eat it quickly while working on my project
DESSERT = 2 squares of x-tra dark chocolate for medicinal purposes (calm my nerves- LOL)
