It's still eating, it's still food. Weight loss requires we don't eat food. And the mindset of those who need to lose weight need not to be reminded of food each day. It's hard enough. And, there is nothing specific about those books - "keto food" or paleo meals are all just meals - with some hype idea behind them.

But thank you for sharing, it's an interesting collection, worth looking into because I need to get back into the habit of cooking again. I have been on an eating out tear for the past year which has cost me some extra poundage that must come off!!  

Try the hominid diet - which is what the paleo diet pretends to be...(they forgot that paleolothic times didn't cook food...). The hominid diet is the original diet of our species - and all species; fresh and raw and only water. The enabling on this site is fascinating.
