Hi everyone. I am at the end of my journey with weight loss. I began almost 5 years ago weighing in at a whopping 276 lbs. Today, I weighed in at 178.2 lbs. and I am almost there. So, for all of those out there that have struggled with their weight, I know exactly where you are or have been. Now, I have started the weight training phase of my journey. I have only just started last week. so, if anyone has any tips for me with regards to what I should do and how to adjust my macros, I would appreciate it.
