I have been off this again for a while, still locked out my ipad and also managed to drop my phone down the loo... no more phone in pocket for me! Anyway I am pleased that despite not logging I have lost weight and I am back at goal. Just need a few lbs to allow for fluctuations and I can get back to maintenance. I am back eating salad for lunch, which I think has made the difference.
