OK, journal entry this morning was a little short. I had just woken up, weighted myself for the first time in 6 days, and saw a two pound difference! I had to enter it directly into my weight history, just to see the chart lean a little further down.
I'm happy about the 2 pound difference, and the overall 5 pounds weight difference from this time last month. Honestly, I was a little sad I didn't hit 4 pounds loss for the week, but I take what I can get. I'm on target for 40 pounds lost by June 2nd. What more can I ask for?
Motivation: I like seeing a little more definition in my calves. I flex them in the mirror when I'm wearing my nice skirts for work. I like feeling like my legs are strong.
I can't wait for my face/neck/jawline to slim down. Just need to stay on track.
