Annoyed that I went over my calories yesterday and today. I'm trying not to stress myself out, but journal honestly, watch my trends and learn. Over the last two weeks my carbs have been higher than I'd like, but I feel more satisfied and do better staying on track. I don't exercise at all at this point, as I really want to start of by just focusing on what I eat. As soon as I get a handle on that, I'll get my butt moving.

Trying hard not get discouraged and celebrate what I do get right.

Hopeful, but not optimistic for my weigh in this week.

I hope your at least going for long walks or dancing even if it's in your room. Exercise is an important part of losing weight. I don't exercise accept for walking and dancing. Multi tasking is hard; please, try it. I see from your weight chart that you maintained the same weight for a long time. Maybe the reverse approach would work. It like you ate during that period of maintenance and focus on exercise first. Just make exercise fun with some music. :]

if you stick to your cal intake your body will adjust and you will start filling full even at lower cals. Just stick it out for a week or two and it will be your new norm!

Just make the carbs you do eat count... more organic vegetables as carbs.. then you can feel good about feeling guilty about the carbs because at least you are taking in minerals and vitamins too :D
