Followed SB exactly yesterday, and now today I'm sooo tired. I had forgotten how tired this diet makes me in the beginning! And its lie 90 degrees outside here already this morning so I have no motivation to go out and do anything! Any suggestions?

the beginning of that diet always made me bagged too, only suggestion is to sit tight...the heat will take it out of ya too. Soon you'll be feeling great and happy to see a nice change in your numbers too. keep going :)
