I have had sleep issues for many months. I quit fighting it, and was literally sleeping during the day and was up all night. I started OMAD & KETO mid January and was so excited to be losing ounces almost everyday. Of course not every single day, but really every few days then I would whoosh. I hit 25- lbs down. About ten days ago my sleep completely reversed on its own and I started sleeping at night. Following that first day of sleeping at night every single day for five days my weight would go up at least 1 lb, after five days I was up over 5 lbs. That sucked! That's one months worth of loss in five days!

So day six and seven I did a two day fat fast and by day 2 I saw my first loss. Over 2 lbs. My established lowest was 214, today I'm 215.4. but for the last few days I bounce from 215 to 217. I'm very happy to see I'm not climbing up, but I'm really excited to get back to seeing new lows.

What's crazy, I've been taking measurements. Even though the scales been going up, I've been losing inches at the same time. So this month besides recording my final start and loss weight for April which may not be very much, I'll show the inches lost which may show a more accurate picture is what's going on.

I'm not upset. I'm super happy to be sleeping at night. I don't know why it fixed, nor why I had sleep issues to start.

I'm in this to win, seems like the game is on.

That's really exciting to hear as I have also had similar sleep issues/patterns for as long as I can remember. I've just started doing Keto so hopefully at some point I'll have similar results! Can't wait...I've always wanted to be on the "normal human" schedule! Congratulations and keep up the good work...

I too struggle with sleep issues. A total reversion sounds heavenly; congrats on that! That's a non-scale victory!
