@mikimiguel Approximately 530 calories according to Fat Secret.
@vovka_markovka I'm on a Ketogenic (high fat, low Carb, moderate protein) diet. Fat is the primary fuel source and needs to make up the bulk of my calories.
@Mr David K I had some Jameson black label a bit later...definitely a good pairing though!
