Well one of my worries has been eliminated, I had quite a major health scare but I am now reassured that I am 95% OK, phew!! Maybe I will start to settle down weight wise now, just to sort the other slightly less worrying worry and I can go back to being my normal relaxed self, but still no peanuts allowed haha. I have lost another chunk of weight since last weigh in, but not logging it just in case I gain some back over the next couple days now I am a bit more chilled.
Got to love getting old! On e positive though, I have a new man on the scene, who I have been seeing for a few weeks, so a good distraction from food worries.
