The muscle gains coming on feel terrific, I can literally feel them growing. I did eat way more than intended, but somehow it feels different. I will put out an effort over the weekend to pare back the calories. I don't mind trading muscle for fat, but I certainly don't want to add to total lbs, as I haven't been down this far in a some years.

Oh but wait, it's Olive Garden tomorrow evening with my lovely lady. I think I'll do what she does, eat like a bird till then. And skip the bread sticks. I sure love their salad, for it's own sake. I think we'll take home some of their salad dressing, the kids have been requesting it.
