Well Monday I was very frustrated because I was only down 1 pound for the week so far. However at my official weigh in this morning I'm down 3.8 for the entire week. Still not the 5 I was doing but still good none the less. Yesterday was hard for me, I was craving so much junk. I did good though bought some dark chocolate bites with almonds in them to satisfy my chocolate cravings instead of eating the chocolate cupcakes my boss has on her kitchen counter! But at the pizza shop I did brake down and eat a slice of pizza but I paired it with a salad filled with lots of veggies so I balanced it out, and still stayed under calorie limit! So proud of myself. Before I would have just ate the cupcake and made an individual pizza at work and would have probably eaten more than half of it.
