So, I had a great day yesterday...breakfast on plan, lunch on plan, snack on plan (even brought it with me because I knew we would be out running errands all afternoon)I was feelin the flow. Then, dinner came around and I was tired and grumpy...my husband just had to mention Carraba's and without hesitation or thought I jumped on the idea of a huge bowl of pasta. But, I logged it all and I refuse to feel so guilty that I throw this whole week away. I will work out a little more and I will stay on plan the rest of the week. I do however, need to work on my emotional impulse food options. Lesson learned.

So true!! He can eat a double cheeseburger with bacon and lose a pound..I can look at a double cheeseburger with bacon and gain one.

The same happened to me, I did so good for bf and lunch. Than we picked up a movie and I got snowcaps and popcorn(which I burned, yay) and drank a glass of coke... But that was in the evening I made steak sandwiches for dinner, I wasn't really hungry but making my hubby a sandwich tempted me to make myself one too. Even though my freezer has a ton of lean cuisines.... I need more self control.

Yes we do,but untli then, we need supportive Husbands! LOL... Mines is so happy tonight... Made him a huge dinner!!
