Yesterday went well (even for a Monday) and I stayed on plan…even got in 30 minutes of exercise. But as the evening rolled around I could feel myself getting tired. I felt my resolve start to slip through my fingers as I mentally went through what was in the fridge. This time, I wouldn’t let sleep take success away from me and I took one baby step… I sent myself to bed :-)

You're very welcome. I love when the weather gets like this. Wish it were year round. I can get out of the house and feel comfortable. I love jeans and a sweatshirt or big sweater. Most of all, it makes me want to move..get off my butt :) Soon it'll be time to get the baby out to play, wait and see once you start running after him - oh Boy!!! - whittle waist!

I know!! I was just thinking that this is the perfect time to go for a bike ride, so beautiful out, but not so hot yet... now I just have to figure out if I still know how to ride a bike hahahahaha
