***MORNING WORKOUT*** {{{So I basically screwed up my day. Half-ass workout. I did the first two parts of Jillian Michaels "Shred it with Weights". Ugh! I got caught up in a movie AND got hungry for lunch. :( I'm going to mess up my weight again tomorrow. :(}}}
***TODAY'S FOOD*** 1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, unsweetened cocoa powder, coconut extract, water, ice.) 2.)Lunch: 11 frozen deep fried pork & shrimp lumpia with vinegar and garlic dip. 3.)Snack: 1 choco-covered mac nut. 4.)Dinner: Visalus Shake (shake mix, unsweetened cocoa powder, coffee granules, water, and ice) 5.)Dessert: choco-covered mac nut, 1 Fiber One granola bar, 1 sixlet {{{I screwed myself over again. I should have pushed myself to workout, but now my 40minute workout won't help me. So disappointed in myself.}}}
***EVENING WORKOUT*** Treadmill stats... Time: 44 min. Incline: 6.5 and 4 Dist: 2.74 miles (10.9 laps) Burned: Calories: 455 Fat Cals: 142 {{{Even though I had to force myself to workout tonight---today PERIOD---I feel like I had a really good workout this evening. Sure did sweat A LOT. I'm pretty sure this is the sweatiest I've ever been. BUT, since I didn't really have a morning workout, I'm pretty sure I messed up my chance of reaching my goal weight tomorrow. And what makes it worse is that I won't get to workout tomorrow morning...even if I wanted to. I have to go out of town for my children's doctor's appointment....so I guess I won't be reaching my goal weight this week AT ALL> :( I told you; everytime I get REALLY close....I screw up. Just like today. Will I ever NOT be mad at myself?! *sigh*}}}
