I have completely bombed all of the goals I was hoping to have hit by this point. :( No good! I dont know what it is. I get so incredibly motivated and do great for a week or so, then fall right off, binge eat, gain all of that weight back and hate myself. I dont know what to do to stay motivated long term. What has worked with everyone else?

It's a mental thing. You have to reach a certain point where it all "clicks" and your really ready to lose. I would keep trying and do things to help motivate yourself. Read fitness magazines, make an inspiration board (out of cork board) and put up recipes, quotes, pictures, etc that inspire you. Reward yourself with nonfood items every 5 pounds. Get active! When you workout regularly, your start to feel really good about yourself and want to stay on track more.
