Yesterday was an aweful day, I fell completely off my eating plan, didn't exercise, and gave in to all my sugar cravings. I really need to do something to help curb those sugar cravings. My husband left to Georgia for work for a week and I think him leaving sent me emotionally over the edge yesterday. I am going to have to deal with this head on because he will deploy soon and I need to be able to keep eating well and can not let that derail me from my goals. Today I WILL do better.
