I love KETO!! This is so delicious y'all... next time I'll do 1 less egg, no added salt lol (olives provide plenty of salt, I forgot) and a little bit of tomato.

I made the egg first with 3 large eggs and 1 egg white, mixed in bowl. (I think next time I'll try 2 large eggs and 1 egg white) I used my smaller frying pan, maybe 8 inches? Spread it over the entire pan and covered on medium heat. When it looked mostly firm on top I flipped it. Might not have to but I like to lol idk yet how well it holds with 1 less egg but it held together really well with the 4 eggs haha
When it was done, like a minute, I took out and put on plate. I tested to see how it would roll and it started cracking. So i got a paper towel, put it under the egg and rolled with paper towel while it was still warm, then left it like that while i finished the other ingredients. Cooked my bacon and spinach together. Then unrolled egg and filled, rolled back up :)
It is cool because you can fill with anything!

Yes! It's rolled up eggs! I panfried in the shape of pan and then filled and rolled it up. Just eggs, bacon, spinach, olives and feta cheese. Perfect for breakfast and low carb! I plan on trying with other fillings now! Mmm
