I just "woke up" and realized something really important. I just looked over the last 18 months of what I have been doing.
When I recorded what I ate every day and did some form of exercise - I lost weight. When I didn't record "In Denial" - then I gained.
It really is that simple!
If you think about what you are doing every day and that diet calendar with the green down arrows and the red up arrows are staring you in the face... You are going to do the right things!
