I feel like I have the "right mindset" finally.
It's not about "counting crackers and baked lays".. that was just "wrong thinking to me".
It is about "buying in" to eating really healthy stuff like fruits, vegetables, good proteins.
I am convinced that I was addicted to fat/salt - fat/sugar/salt.
I haven't craved McDonalds, Wendy's since I started this new program.
Waist - still 41.75 - Will not let that deter me (heavy ab workout planned today)
