Note to self: - Avoidance food this week; Pizza
10 Straight days of having a green arrow. Also this is the first time I can remember I have been able to keep it under 2100 calories every day without blowing it out on Biscuits, Potato Chips, Pizza, Cookies etc. etc. etc.
Eating healthy foods keeps me from craving the salty/sweet fat/sweet fat/salty that are so addictive.
I used to do the the eat good 6 days and blow it out on the 7th. From a weight loss and calorie viewpoint that all makes sense, but it is like you keep "reinforcing" your addiction weekly to crappy foods.
I feel like I am permanently making a lifestyle change. That is the only way for me to escape the "yo-yo" cycle.
