Gained a little weight. But that is not suprising. I still had a net calorie loss and I know from experience that it all evens out. Also I purposely ate near 2000 just to let my body get in starvation mode. For the first time in years I actually have to make myself eat enough!

Here is my guess:

1. Refined carb foods spike your blood sugar and make you crave eating junk for energy.

2. Eating quality real foods is important!

3. Eat every 2-3 hours... i have never been "hungry" the last two weeks and that has enabled me to stay under 2100 calories for 14 days now!
