I am a mother of 3 beautiful children and I really need to lose weight to keep up with them. I want to show them how to eat healthy and to get more exercise. I am doing this for me first and family second. I have been on weight watchers and I loved it and this website reminds of weight watchers but this is free :)
I am very family oriented and love being with my family. It's time we get fit in our household. Wish us luck.
