Hi my name is Nicole and I am 24. I have been overweight my whole life, and am the biggest I have been. I recently got married in May and am trying to shed weight and feel better about myself. I would like to start a family in the near future and would benefit from motivation and good health. Food has become an enemy to me, but I would like to turn that way of thinking around and into a "Eat to live, not live to eat" mentality.
