I'm 5'3" and I weigh 142 pounds.
I want to feel the best that I can and that includes disciplining my body as well as my mind.
I lost weight my previous semester of college, but gained it back once the summer started and I was less active.
My goal is to loose the extra weight and keep it off for good.
