I have found myself with a bum knee and severe plantar fasciitis that has had no resolution so for the past year and a half I have had a completely sedentary lifestyle and have gained about 40 pounds which is actually the last thing I needed to do. A friend of my daughter who has always struggled with her weight surprised me with a visit this week and she has lost 85 pounds and looks amazing. She told me that I should try the Keto diet so that is what I am doing. I have to get my life back. I am having injections in my knee this week and a shock treatment on my foot next month so hopefully those things will help me to get active again. I am happy to have found this site.
