I have 3 adult children. I work all of the time and need to lose about 30 lbs. I have successfully done Atkins before and thought it could work for me again... But it didn't make me feel healthy. Then I tried Weight Watchers. It was OK. Now I am just trying to keep my calories around 1500 and eat healthier. I want to loose weight to be healthier and to look/fit better in my clothes. When I am not working, I am doing lots of things with my family.
