I am an obese man starting keto. I was informed by my cardiologist that this is the plan that I should be on. It has only taken 21 years of going to the cardiologist to get her to say something besides you need to lose weight. I like my pasta, rice, and sweets. I think that it will be easier for me to not want sweets, than rice. I am at a point that I will get this done. I used to smoke and said for years that I was going to quit, even after my first heart attack but didn't until I was really ready to, and that is where I am at with my weight, and my health. I would appreciate any support, or suggestions. I can always use a friend or two, have not had many of them lately. Good luck to you all on your goals, whatever they may be.
