Back in 2009 I used to weight 160lb. I found out about the HCG diet and followed the protocol using the homeopathic drops, instead of the "real hormone". I lost 35 lb and after that I kept reading and educating myself about how to keep the weight off and I even lost more. As of today I weight 114 (I'm 5' 4"), but my body fat is not acceptable. I follow a healthy diet but trying to loose all of that "unacceptable" body fat.
