Hi im Kamille, 26 years of age, from the beautiful island of Jamaica. Im now 195-200 pounds and my goal weight is 155-160.Ive lost 25-30 pounds in 2002 by using a low carb n high protein diet with lots of exercise. The lowest was 169 in 2003 and I managed to maintain it for about 2 yrs.By about 07 i was back up to 185!Then in April 2007 my mom died of brain tumors and I put on 10 pounds and cant take it off!!!Ive tried everything.Im open to suggestions as to the different kinds of diets there are as I cant find any info on this site.can anyone help me.
