Having a kind of grumpy day. Overworked and one of our dogs is having some health issues. Spent 7 hours in bed and maybe slept for 2 solid hours from 4am to 6am. I was so restless last night and everything was waking me up.
Eating Keto junk food [SPAM (I love this stuff)] to try and turn my mood around. It's Friday for gosh sakes I should be much happier

Feeling good the last 2 days. My walks by the bathroom mirror are less something to dread. I've even stopped and admired my hard work a few times. This hasn't been easy to change my diet but gosh it feels good to learn to love myself again.

Added riding back into my life. 2 days in and I'm SORE. I took this summer off and let my horse and myself have a break. Kinda regretting it now.
I'm hoping to maintain my dirty-lazy-keto lifestyle and keep under 50 carbs a day even though I'm adding that workout. Ideally I'll really see the numbers dropping and my strength returning.

After Thanksgiving 190g carbs and yesterday I drank a cider after dinner at the bar. I was still below my carb limit but any alcohol kinda counteracts my water flush. Still counting the loss! I'll weigh in tomorrow to see if it's consistent.

I need to own up to what I ate... I'm disappointed in myself for it but I want to just get it out there and move on. Journaling helps me do that so I'm really thankful this site has this option.
1st Thanksgiving Meal:
1/2 cup mashed potatoes (15g)
1 cup sweet potato casserole (50g)
6 oz. dry turkey (0g)
A LOT smoked ham (5g random estimate)
3 Chips + Bean Dip (10g)
10 Black Olives (2g)
1/4 cup Mini Marshmallow Fruit Salad (10g)
1 gluten free cake ball (40g) estimated
2nd Thanksgiving Meal:
1 1/2 cups corn with butter (33g)
1 cup Fruit Salad (25g)
1 Diet 7up (0g)

Total: 190 g
Keeping in mind for the last 58 days I've only had 50g a day. I feel pretty terrible today... I had my morning Whipping Cream + Single Shot of Espresso + SF syrup start up drink and now I'm doing water and/or Bouillon until 5pm when I'm off work. Then I'm only having a Slim Fast protein shake (6g) to make it through my barn chores. Dinner I will see how hangry - yes I said hangry - I am and decide how much I'm eating. Regardless of how much it will only be meat and green veggies.
Tomorrow is weigh in. I'm considering postponing since I want an accurate result... but I want to be held accountable for going so far off track. What to do ... what to do...???
