hello guys... please guyz first of all you need to study about deit,fitness how to motivate yourself.
guyz there are few things you need to study about that.
1 what is calories
2 what is carb
3 what is Fat
4 what is protein
5 what is fiber.
hum log koi nashta nahi karta bolta hai main deit pe ho.koi din ko khana nahi kha raha ji main deit pe ho. koi rat ko naraz ho k so jata hai ji main deit pe ho. koi kehta hai ye bi deit k hissa hai.
khuda k liye apne sehat ko aese taba na karo deit ek do weeks ka nam nahi hai ... apni life k routine ko change karne ka nam hai. deit apko physically and mentally strong karta hai .... aur humare apne tarjubey hum ghark kar rahe hai.

personal trainer and nutritionist....hello guys... .i hope you all will be fine and well. i have some tips for new members.
NO1:-guys every one have different body,different shapes with different type of fat and weight. so please don't follow everyone don't follow every deit plan.
NO2:- if you follow any nutritionist you need to check him if any nutritionist gives you alot of medicines tablets etc at the same time unfollow him or her.
NO3:- without multivitamin and Omega3 don't use any medicine during deit .
NO4:- you need to learn how reduce and gain you weight what is good or bad for your body.
