Trying to get my wife to understand what I need to eat is proving to be very difficult. I am a diabetic and need to be not eating pastas and White rices. She makes Raviolis and White rice for consecutive diners. The rice was incorporated into the sloppy Joe mix with the beef. When I asked why she made this even after our discussion last month I was met with "So I HAVE to make you something different, YOUR own meal???" I said no Ill make it myself. Just thought the whole family would like to lose and control sugar too. It is really difficult controlling sugars at night with no support.. I am in the 200-210 range in the morning but after snacks and lunch at work that I prep. I am coming home in the 90-120 range. Any suggestions to help me get her off her rock on this?????

Bad start to the morning with a B-A-D breakfast but the rest of the day food is fine and packed. Greek Yogurt, salad with turkey breast and cottage cheese. I will be premaking breakfast tonight for the morning so I do not have an episode like this morning..lol Happy new year folks!
P.S. - Went for a walk and HOLY CRAP its cold...

weak moment this morning....wow what a hit. will do better during day even though I forgot to pack a lunch etc...running late...
