Didnt get to work out last night and on top of that I made the dumb decision to have roosters wings for dinner. I looked it up here. There is no was they had 1700 and 120+ grams of fat.
Either way, it was definitely a bad decision kind of day.

Thanks to home and work, its been a stressful day today. I never made it to the gym, I didnt get to weigh in, and I'm not even close to my water intake. I have eaten today and it's all been healthy, but not split into 2 or 3 hour increments like it should have been. Another meeting tonight but I am holding tight to my dinner plan. Now is not the time to stray from anything!
I'm hoping a nice 30min run on the treadmill before bed this evening will help.

I'm up .7 pounds.
What the crap?
Thats what I get for checking every day. I have to train myself to stop that!
Clean eating is going well. I did have some carbs last night before bed which was dumb but I'm not going to beat myself up over it. I feel like I made up pretty good for it at the gym.

Down .5 pound, taken in the middle of the day, after the gym.
If thats the case, I cant wait to weigh myself again the morning. Hoping for a full pound loss!
