As I suspected, I'm up about 2 lbs. I'm not worried at all. I know I'll get down to 180 lbs soon enough. My goal is still to hit 175 lbs by the end of the year. Then, next year to hit 160-165 and stay there.

I'm going to weigh in tomorrow morning. I have a feeling I went up just a couple of pounds. I did a mini cut where I dropped my calories to 1200 for a couple of weeks. Then I returned them to maintenance. I'll drop them starting Monday for another fat loss phase. I'll prep this weekend by going to the grocery and buying more meats to keep my protein up this time. I'd like to see the scale at 180 lbs soon.

Yesterday got up to around 90° which caused the garage to hold heat. The thermometer on the wall read 80° this morning. And it was very humid. 🥵 Still getting it done! 🦵🦵
