Weekly weigh in progress#39
BF 35.8% (-2.2 lbs). Woohoo! Losing 2 wks in a row I'm so happy and have now lost over 55 lbs yay me! I got over my resistance to intermittent fasting and I am eating all solid food between 9am-7pm, just coffee and SF FF creamer in am before breakfast and herbal tea with a tsp of SF Coffeemate liquid creamer after 7 and some dissolved collagen if I feel hungry still.
I know once I adapt to the new sleep schedule things will get better.. still feel very physically strained and having trouble with my M-W-F exercises. The last 2 wks have been especially hard, I have felt a lot of vertigo and body changes and haven't felt good enough to even move some days. Grateful I have a quick session with Kathy soon 😍

Weekly weigh in progress#38
BF 36.5% (-4.4 lbs).
Finally! I'm still adjusting to the reverse in sleep, but I'm happy I actually lost weight this week. Hopefully done by end of March so I can focus on something else for awhile lol. This month has been extremely difficult energy wise and I can't wait until my next session with Kathy at the end of the month.

This was progress report #37. (+1.2 lbs) BF= 37.8%.
Took this past week off just needed a break so starting over again today and sending reports in to K next Monday.

Ok so hoping this is temporary because I have been burning more calories but also a little trouble staying on plan. No change whatsoever from last week but at least I haven't gained.

Weekly weigh in progress#35
BF 37.4% (-0.4 lbs).
Not a huge loss, but if you count the gain from last week it comes to 1.6 lbs lol. I'm doing better with sleep this week but feeling a little toxic and having constipation issues again. Also vertigo has come up a few days along with blurred vision.. Trusting it's just stuff kicking up to be released and looking forward to my next session next week.
