Cortisol is normal to be high in a.m. ,
Cortisol raises your blood sugar and BP. This is normal for morning. It’s to wake you up and get you moving.
. But when you have high cortisol all day this something to be concerned about. Fatigued adrenals ( burnout) (stress) . It’s keeps your BP high and sugars high. These things cause inflammation in your blood vessels and damages the vessels and then cholesterol comes to fix and patch ( hardening of the arteries)
Magnesium helps to relax everything. Helps to block calcium from being in your blood.
Calcium causes kidney stones

High protein/low fat meats
Hamburger/ bison/ beef
Lamb/ poultry
Bacon - (don’t pig out on the bacon)
Sardines/ fish / seafood
Butter / tallow (small portions)
Protein powder
Chicken wings / duck/ turkey
Bone broth
Eggs -a superfood

Ok, so I heard talk about TDEE . (Total daily energy expenditure)
Mine says my bmi is 25.4 which means I’m over weight.
It tells me I need 150g protein/ day , 70g fat/ 35g carb.
My protein needs to come from 759-900 g actual meat / day. At least 250g per meal .
Also my calories need to be 1500-1800/ day.
Without overdoing the fat.
This is what I have tweaked with my eating and I’m seeing the scale move again.
So I was under eating and over farting.
