I'm fat. Is it my fault?

This quote again points to the requirement for mental toughness. If our intentions and dispositions are set and firm, then the very thing that trips us up becomes the way to success.

Can't complain but not happy with that number. Time to kick up the exercise!

A little higher carb-wise than I'd like my maximum to be. I had 31 carbs today and I'd like my max to be 20. However, I REALLY wanted asparagus so I indulged :)
