Day 40 — sorry for the long post

Well where do I start. Today has been shit, and I mean literally shit so continue reading to have a giggle at my horrendous Wednesday.

So, this morning I could have strangled my children, neither wanted to get out of bed then we had a huge palaver about pancakes and crumpets. Seriously!! Then we were late for school because the little one was having a total moody with me over shoes. Frigging shoes 🤦🏽‍♀️

My journey to work was hideous, I got stuck in every bit of traffic and for a journey that normally takes me 30 minutes took nearly 2 hours. I was not impressed. I understand there could have been a RTC but it was the normal build up on the M25 at chertsey and then the A3 junction.

So didn’t get to see everyone that I wanted to.
Got out of the prison and had a phone call from the daughter. She had just got in from college and the dog had shit everywhere. Severe diarrhoea next to the back door, on my sofa, up the stairs and in my daughters room. Instead of cleaning it up she decided to leave it for me to deal with when I got home 🤬🤬

So no meal plan today because at this point I am thinking I cannot be arsed.
I’ve eaten ridiculous today, topped off with a kebab and chips. No gym either as I’m that person off today that if someone even looked at me funny they would ended up getting an earful. So I did it for their safety 🤔 that’s what I am telling myself anyway.

If I gain weight this week I will be blaming it on today.

Day 38 of my jelly belly to flat belly journey

Early start for me this morning and then was still late for work because of M25 traffic so instead of getting to the prison and rushing in I decided to contemplate my life in the carpark for half hour. Just couldn’t pluck up the energy to get my fat arse out of the car 🤣 but of course, I did. Then finished work work at lunchtime, came home and had loads of stuff to write up 🤦🏽‍♀️ again procrastination took over.

Went to the gym this evening and smashed it on the treadmill with the technique and stamina training before going into my body balance class. Feeling awesome now. Chilling on the sofa eating my banana watching a bit of Chicago PD before crawling into bed.

Meal plan for today
Breakfast - weetabix and honey (loving it)
Lunch - cheese sandwich on seeded bread with salt and vinegar crisps
Dinner - chicken tikka masala (homemade not by me of course) rice and a popadom.

Snack - fruit salad
