Wtf I am on day 28. This is amazing

Today has been busy, took my daughter to college this morning to be emailed as I pull up to say that it is remote working today because of the weather. Like wtf. Could have emailed me before hand and also, how can she do remote learning for hairdressing. How?

So, we decided to go shopping. I needed a new sports bra, shorts for the gym and leggings.
I ended up with a new top (not gym related) nice though, sports bra, bra for my daughter and gym shorts. So not too bad.

We also decided to go and scout of a few potential hairdressers for her two weeks work experience. She has been accepted at No Ordinary Salon. Never noticed it before, my god it is amazing. They have a bar!! A bloody bar in the salon. They also have a nightclub upstairs. Clearly it lives up to its name.

So meal plan today was a bit wack

Brunch - hot dog on multi seeded Vienna rolls
Snack - fruit salad
Dinner - spaghetti and meatballs with broccoli
After gym snack - salt and vinegar snack a jacks x 2

Why have I never had salt and vinegar snack a jacks before. They a f ing amazeballs. I could honestly eat the hole pack but I refrained and only had 2.

Anyway, it’s weigh day tomorrow and I am absolutely shitting it. I didn’t lose anything last week and I honestly don’t think I have lost anything this week either. But it’s fine. Time will tell.

Good evening
Day 27 of my journey

So, I’m on annual leave but I had to get up and do my team meeting/training. It was frustrating as it is about Trauma so then caused me to relive some memories that have been pushed down. It was gruelling. God help me, I’ve suffered with depression for many many years and listening to some of the stuff and sharing myself was a hard one. But, I am open and honest.
Yes I have had my lapses where driving off a bridge sounds like the easiest option but guess what, I am still here. Therefore, I pulled my arse out of my slump and got the help I needed. Mental Health is not something to shove under the rug and hope it goes away.

Just know I am always here if people need to talk.

So anyway, had to go to the prison after my training. Wasn’t pleased so was a busy day for me. Once again I stayed on plan.

Breakfast - mushroom, scrambled egg and toast
Snack - orange, apple and frontage grains
lunch - on the go. Satay sticks, dairylea dunkers and a mango and granola yoghurt
dinner - steak and jacket potato.

I also went to the gym tonight. I sweated like a bitch, it was awesome. Bloody love it. Stuck my headphones in and away I went. Didn’t have a care in the world.
Even caught myself singing out loud. Had to stop that shit as sounded like a cat was being strangled 😬🤣.

Good evening peeps, day 25 of my journal.

Today has been a good day. Went out of a dog walk to Virginia Lake with my dad and sister, two little kiddos and the dogs. Omg it was amazing.
We walked a shit ton. 5.08 miles in 2hrs 22mins. We stopped for a tea and spot of lunch on route around the lake, the kids took there bikes and had an amazing time, hoping my son will sleep well tonight. Saffron obvs had to go in a a dog carrier. She bloody loved it. She’s such a lazy moody bag.

Meal plan today was
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholemeal toast
Snack - orange and skinny whip bar
Lunch - frankfurter in a floury roll (whilst walking around the lake)
Snack - mint chocolate club bar
Dinner - 2 sausages, mash, peas, broccoli, carrots and gravy

Such an awesome day. Definitely gonna sleep well tonight. No gym for me today, will do some sit-ups later and some leg raises just so I know I’ve done something.

Day 24 (yesterday)

Was so worried about the dog yesterday, she wasn’t putting any weight on her paw, wouldn’t walk anywhere and had to be carried like a baby.

Decided to call the vets and got her booked in for the same day. So whilst I was waiting to go to the vet I booked my youngest in for soft play, then the husband come home from work early so though bonus. He can go to soft play whilst I went to the gym. Well that went down like a sack of shit. But I threw a paddy and got my own way🤣like normal.

So gym was good, got back took the dog to the vets and poor little thing has torn a ligament. Not sure how but she is now on anti inflammatories and feeling on top of the world.

So plan went as follows yesterday

Breakfast - 2 x gluten free homemade Disney waffles
Snack - fruit
Lunch - teriyaki chicken and rice
Dinner - Piri piri chicken, savoury rice and veg
Evening snack - treat salt and vinegar chipsticks and a twirl.

All within plan.
