A little over my calorie intake but was feeling hungry still after supper so had a bit of crab. I hit all my goals from steps, having my Fitbit again has been really motivating. Doing good and feeling good.

Success!!! I stayed under my calorie intake yesterday. I'm actually super proud of myself. I knew I was going to be having a dinner party last night so kept my intake during the day low. I don't know if that's a good thing to do or not.
I've also decided it's time to weigh in. Dun dun dun duuun. It's been almost a year, and I know I've gained at least 10 pounds. Not looking forward to it, but it's time to face reality and start working towards shedding them again. I heard it's better to weigh yourself in the morning, not sure if that's true or not, but I'll do it tomorrow morning.
So on to day four. Happy Friday everyone!

So, didn't end up going on my hike, after some wildfires in the west of Canada our blood bank is looking for more donations so I decided I had more than enough and made a donation. Had a lot at supper, and than after a dizzy spell later on in the night I decided I probably needed to eat some more and headed to the only thing open in my little town, Subway. Looking at what I've ate these past days I'm thinking I should be Subway's next spokesperson lol
So, the hike is rescheduled to today, I'm even leaving the office a little earlier than normal so I have no excuses to not do it. Plus all the snow is finally gone and we're experiencing unusually nice weather so I have to take advantage of it.
I have a Cinco De Mayo dinner tonight, so we'll see what crazy calorie intake I end up with today. I've adjusted all the recipes to use healthier alternatives but we'll see.
Half way through day 3 and feeling good :)
