I have been messing around long enough. I am finally recovering from being close to burn out in my job by taking 4 day weekends every other weekend. Also, showing up later in the morning. I feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel in the next few weeks.
Dusted off the Wi and did about 30 minutes - broke a sweat too. Unusual for me. I get much better exercise on the Wi than walking outside. And it is fun.

I went to a wedding shower yesterday and boy did I fall off the wagon. Back on and journaling again. Once I quit the journaling, I believe I was at much more risk for falling off.
I hopped right back on today and will be checking in daily again. Back to work tomorrow after a week of vacation from work....not much of a real vacation, but that is life.

I have found for sure that the no carbs after 3 or 4 p.m. is the best for me - at least my blood sugars are usually under 100 if I do that. Didn't plan very well yesterday....and as a result I ate within the carb limit but later in the evening and not as healthy carbs. Not enough protein, etc. It showed on the scale (up .4 lbs) and blood sugar (125).
So....back to being good. I really don't mind a slow weight loss..as long as it is a loss for the week.

Had a short period of stall but now I think it is broken. That may have been caused by a change - I had started eating just cheerios for breakfast...no real protein. I went back to 3 eggs for breakfast with my rye toast. Also I tried to stop eating carbs by 3:30 or 4 p.m. - usually by 4. Yippee. We will see if this keeps up.

I am going to start weighing once a week. Losses are there but tiny.
Today has been my second weekend and no problems following either at work or on the weekend.
I am making homemade yogurt and LC brownies and LC barbecue sauce. The yogurt is made in a quart jar out of half and half. Yum. The brownies are make with xylitol and almond meal. New recipe - I will let you know how they come out. So is the LC BBQ sauce. Not too sure about it yet. If anybody has one I would love to try it.
