BS Morn = 101
Solid start to a solid day. Slept 8 hours straight. Well rested. Walked 2 3/4 miles non stop at the fastest pace I have walked in years. Sustained 2.8 mph. Not aching all over and no sever muscle tightness. Love it.
At light yesterday. Just was not hungry. Eat less then 1000 cals and had lots of energy. Woke up this morning and was not starving like usual. Was awake for several hours, did my exercise and then had my light breakfast sandwich. What a great day. Oh, And US MEN GOT GOLD IN CURLING. MIRACURL ON ICE it was.

Dropped off diet last night (had a craving and saw a box of cerial. Sugar, loved it and I am paying for it.
Opps, did not check my blood sugar before eating. Gotta go do that right now.

Good day today. Slept late. Lost a few hundred on the market and over all the day was great. Also women Hockey Team GOLD GOLD GOLD! Amazing.

Went off diet Saturday and paid for it big time. It has taken all of yesterday to just settle down for the damage done. Did get to sleep 7 3/4 hours last night is one go of it. It felt good.
Back on diet solid today.
