That’s disappointing. But I have IBS-C, so I need to ‘go’ 🤨 Not unusual for me.
Had 1/2 a blueberry bagel with avocado 🥑 for breakfast, which was super delicious! Hopefully, this headache will ease up. The whole family is home today because of the weather, so my routine is busted.

Big fan of the Anabolic French toast! It really helped me to not want to munch all day! Leaving the house and going to work probably helped with that, too! Grocery shopping took a bit longer, as I was really reading the labels. I got some blueberries to go with my toast, and some avocados. Strawberries were on special, but they were out. ☹️ Salmon is on the menu, along with ham and beans. Turkey/Beef meatloaf as well, because the hubby and grandson don’t like it with just turkey. I usually sneak some veggies in as well!

This is my prayer for my grandson’s teachers today:
“Now may the God of peace … equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.”

Father God, ABBA,
Thank You for a beautiful day to serve You. I pray for this dear one to rest in the peace You offer and to be confident that you will equip her for the tasks before her today. Please let her choose those things which are in Your will so that she is pleasing in Your sight. Give her grace to see others with Your eyes, and a heart of love to act in a way that honors You. Help her to feel Your presence in a mighty way.
In the Name above all names, Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen and amen.

Okay. I’m not sure about weighing in everyday. Accountability is important, but discouragement is a real factor, too. I’m on day nine of this journey, so I think I’ll hold off on making a decision on this issue. What do y’all do? And why?
On another note, how many calories do you burn shivering? ‘Cause I’m freezing over here! I’m cold all day long! I haven’t been cold like this for 20 years (since my hysterectomy), but my
post-Covid self is 🥶.
