Cut my breakfast in half today to see how I feel with that so far so good went and hit 30 minutes on the treadmill after I took my kids to school I did 3 minutes walking and 2 minutes running intervals came home to relax a bit about to head to my therapist appointment I’ve been battling severe anxiety and depression this calorie cutting and exercise has help tremendously haven’t thought about taking my own life in over a month feeling more motivated lately and gonna try and get a part time job at fedex loading the trucks here soon I’ve been pushing my self hard to get my mental health back and physical health back I’m so glad I didn’t give up on my self and I’m gonna continue to push hard to be the best father and husband I can be much love to you all on your health journeys you got this

We got a new fridge 1 month ago first time I’ve ever had a water and ice dispenser it helped me quit drinking soda I haven’t had a soda since we got the fridge sadly the ice maker stopped making ice and the fridge side won’t get cooler then 60 degrees but the freezer seems to be working fine it was a open box fridge from best buy so it was on sale it worked fine the first couple days now it’s not but I’m still drinking water constantly just buying ice from the store I can’t stand room temperature water also I’ve been eating 4 eggs and a can of tuna for breakfast I’m bummed I can’t have my eggs for now but I substituted the eggs for low calorie wheat bread and been eating 2 tuna sandwich’s for breakfast now. At 270 calories thankfully the open box fridge we got is on sale brand new so we were able to exchange this one for the new one for only 500$ more then what we paid hopefully this one doesn’t have any issues

First seven days of dieting done and I’m learning so much here much love to you guys!

I had my first hangry episode where I wanted to give up this evening and binge on whatever I could grab but I fought it and ended up staying in my calorie zone i averaged 1100 calories this week and felt weak and tired each day I learned 1000 calories a day is not good for my height and weight and age so I’m shooting for 1500-1600 calories a day this next week hopefully it will be easier and more energetic and I’m not gonna be as strict on what I eat I’ll still eat healthy an get plenty of protein but if I crave a hotdog or hamburger I’m gonna let myself have it as long as I stay in my calorie zone and keep carbs as low as possible
