This wasn't a good week for me I had flu and had to take medication and eat but im good now...I couldn't really fast much this week so I didn't lose much .I am feeling abit sad cause I was on a roll now I have to regroup and continue. by the way today is my second day of water fast ...im doing a 3day water fast which will end tomorrow at 6pm.
on a side note the funny part about today is I had to cook up a storm for my family today and im not even going to eat the food. but I have a goal and im not looking back!!!
#with God all things are possible.

Today is my OMAD and I will breakfast at 6pm its shocking how I'm not hungry even now but I will eat cause I need a bit of energy. I went to the mall today and I did a bit of walking around .I decided to weigh myself today just to kill the fear of standing on a scale.

It takes 21 days to form a New habit. its day 11 for me today. next week I will enter the 20's with God all things are possible. next week plan is to take a 30mins walk everyday. (I only walked twice this week)

After doing my 3day water fast which was my initial goal not 7day. I have lost 1.9kg and im okay with that . I will break at 6pm and then start omad and alternative IF afterwards.
The reason why I did my 3day water fast was just to get myself back on this IF lifestyle . the 1st time I tried this lifestyle doing 16:8 i had constipation and just quit after losing 4kg in 2 months and eating mix clean and somedays unclean .
what is different this time is i now hv more information on how to deal with constipation and the importance of eating clean, meaning LC and less sugar (sugar is my weakness i tell you ) .
but I believe with God all things are possible so I know I will win this time around.
